This policy explains what Catpro does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email info@catpro.asia and we will explain it.

Catpro collects personal information in order to provide the features described below.

Why we collect it

• Creating and managing your account so you can use the app
• Showing you promotions near you, when you have allowed location access
• Remembering the stores you follow so we can tell you about their offers
• Sending you push notifications, where you have turned them on
• Diagnosing technical problems and answering your support requests
• Operating, evaluating, and improving the app
• Protecting against fraud and other unlawful activity

Whether it leaves your device

Information you provide is sent to our servers so that your account and the app’s features work across your devices. It is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with it, except where we are required to keep records to meet a legal obligation.

Third parties

Catpro uses no third-party analytics, no advertising network, and no tracking software. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, because we do not have it to sell.

Children

Catpro is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email info@catpro.asia and we will delete it.

Your account and your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To delete your account and its data, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

Who is responsible for your data

Two organisations are involved in Catpro, and they are responsible for different things:

Catpro — operates the Catpro service

• Your account and the personal data held in it
• Promotions, merchant listings, and the stores you follow
• Responding to requests to access, correct, or delete your data

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page and record what changed in the revision history below. We do not make changes quietly.
