Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Catpro, published by NpKs Digital. By installing or using the app you accept them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Catpro on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms and with the rules of the store you installed it from.

What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent the law expressly permits despite this restriction
• Remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notice
• Use the app to break the law or to interfere with anyone else’s use of it

Ownership

Catpro, its design, and its underlying software remain the property of NpKs Digital. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at info@catpro.asia if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You can close your account at any time — see the account deletion page.

Availability and changes

We may update Catpro to fix problems, improve it, or keep it working with new versions of the operating system. We may also stop publishing it. We will not remove your ability to use a version you have already installed, but we cannot guarantee an unsupported version will keep working as the platform changes.

No warranty

Catpro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NpKs Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Catpro. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Where the app store you installed from imposes its own terms, those apply in addition to these.
