This policy covers npks-digital.com — this website. Each of our apps has its own policy, because each handles data differently. Those are listed at the bottom of this page.
What this website collects
Nothing, unless you choose to send it. This site has no accounts, no login, no advertising, and no third-party analytics that identify you. We do not set tracking cookies.
If you use the contact form
The contact form sends us the name, email address, and message you enter, plus the optional company, project type, and budget fields if you fill them in. We use that solely to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about.
To stop the form being abused by bots, submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate-limited by IP address. Turnstile receives the information it needs to make that assessment and is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Email is delivered through Resend.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful and delete them when it is not. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information
- Add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry
- Run advertising or behavioural tracking on this site
- Use analytics that build a profile of you across the web

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@npks-digital.com. We will respond within 30 days.
