Doluy - Exchange rate

The problem

Exchange rates matter more in Cambodia than in most economies, because the riel and the US dollar circulate side by side in everyday commerce. A shop owner setting prices, giving change, or deciding when to convert takings needs today's rate quickly and needs it to be right.

What we built

Doluy publishes daily exchange rates aimed at small, medium, and large business owners. Later releases added rate trend information, switching between additional currency pairs, and sharing a rate directly out of the app.

TODO(owner): this page needs real content before it goes public (CLAUDE.md §14 Q1). The description above is drawn from Doluy's own App Store listing and release notes — nothing here is invented — but the following are unknown:

• Current status. The last App Store release was version 1.2.0 in November 2021, which suggests the app may be dormant. Is it still maintained, being sunset, or scheduled for a rewrite?
• Where the rate data comes from, and whether that source can be named.
• Whether an Android build exists.
• Screenshots that can be published.
• Whether Doluy should appear in the work index at all while its status is unresolved — a case study for a dormant app can raise more questions than it answers.

Note: Doluy is live on the App Store but was deliberately excluded from the app policy registry, so it currently has no privacy policy URL on this domain. If its store listing points here, that needs resolving before launch.
